poor quality curtains staff training

I was disappointed to find that the curtains in the room were of poor quality. extra blackout was necessary, especially during the summer months. the hotel appears geared towards families. There were many games available, but this did not cater well to my needs. i found the need for additional training for all staff quite apparent. Service standards were not what i expected.

nice selection secure place parking fine dinner buffet
the breakfast had a nice selection of spreads and fruits. the kids loved it. our bag was kept in a secure place for a two day trip, which i appreciated.
i did not like the parking situation. it is part of the train station and upon check-in, i was told payment is done at the machine upon exit, but i was not informed i had to register the car license plate in the machine to reserve the spot. i was surprised by a parking fine that was charged to my card. the dinner buffet was expensive.

the breakfast had a good selection (i especially liked the waffles). the hotel's location is right next to the train station and gondola. this made access very easy for all activities.
the room was a bit too warm, i couldn't adjust the temperature lower.

Convenient stay close to transport
great location early check-in
The hotel has a great location next to the train station.. This made travel very easy. The staff allowed early check-in, something i valued. I used the on-site gym and sauna with lake views.

Excellent Stay Next to the Station
convenient location tasty breakfast welcome relaxation
I found the location convenient, being right next to the train station made it easy to explore the area. Breakfast was a highlight. It was tasty and offered plenty of options to start the day well. The sauna provided a welcome relaxation after activities.

Uneven Experience
extensive breakfast early start empty fridge corridor cleaning
The breakfast buffet was extensive and started early, convenient for our activities.
The room lacked expected amenities like tea or coffee making facilities, and the fridge was not only empty but also switched OFF. The outside corridors looked to need better cleaning.
